I love how these look for a Halloween decoration and how simple they are to make!
1) Peel the entire apple.
2)Then use a small knife to carve out the face.
a)Cut out deep eye sockets and prominent noses, cheek bones etc.
3) Bake the carve apples at the lowest temperature on your oven for 3 hours.
4) Sit them out at a warm, dry place.
5) Once they are dry press black beads for eyes and white rice for teeth into the apples.
6) Yarn and scraps of fabric make good head covers!
